Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after placement. We ship via USPS or UPS at our discretion. Tracking and delivery updates are sent to the email provided at checkout.

Shipping is shown before you buy. Checkout defaults to Standard; you can choose Expedited or Overnight for an additional charge.

Tip: Mixed carts (kits + accessories) use the total shipment to determine the rate.

  • Standard: 4–6 business days via USPS Ground Advantage
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days via USPS Priority
  • Overnight: 1 business day via UPS Overnight (order by Noon CST)

Carrier is selected based on package size/weight unless you choose otherwise at checkout. HighScoreSaves is not responsible for carrier delays after shipment.

  • Standard: 7–21 business days via USPS First Class International
  • Expedited: 2–5 business days via UPS Expedited

Customers choose method and pay any applicable customs, taxes, or import duties. A phone number is required for all international orders.

Important Country-Specific Information

  • France: Only UPS Expedited (2–5 days) is accepted; other methods will be refunded.
  • We do not ship to: Brazil, Mexico, and other high-risk destinations (consider a U.S. package forwarding service).
  • Darksoft products: UPS only, with insurance and signature required.
  • Orders over $750: Ship with insurance and signature required.
  • Shipping charges: Non-refundable unless there is a HighScoreSaves error.

Digital downloads (install guides, updates) are available instantly after checkout via link in your email or in My Account → Orders. Downloads are final and non-refundable.

You will receive: Order Confirmation → Shipping Confirmation (with tracking) → Delivery Confirmation (with review request).

If You Did Not Receive Your Package

Check tracking first. If marked Delivered, check around your property and with household/business members. If still missing, contact us immediately.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If marked Delivered, you must file a claim with USPS or UPS. We will only reship if the carrier confirms loss during transit.

Import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees are not included and must be paid by the recipient. We do not alter customs values.

Canada-Specific Information

  • Items under CA$20: No duty/tax
  • Gifts under CA$60: No duty/tax
  • UPS Expedited: No entry prep fee for basic clearance
  • Canada Post: CA$5–CA$8 handling fee applies

We accept returns within 30 days from purchase. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we shipped the wrong item. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Returned items must arrive in the same condition as received. Items damaged in return transit due to poor packing may be denied or subject to additional deductions.

Exchanges are processed as a return and a new order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How long do I have to return an item?

If we shipped the wrong product, we cover return shipping. Otherwise, the customer pays for return shipping.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 72 hours. Funds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your payment provider.

Do I need an RMA number?

Yes. Email sales@highscoresaves.com for an RMA and instructions before returning anything.

Include your full name, mailing address, and phone number inside the return package. Do not send any processors; they will not be returned. Only send what was originally sent to you.

Return Costs

  • Return shipping: Customer pays unless we shipped the wrong item.
  • Original shipping: Non-refundable.
  • Restocking: May apply for opened/used items or missing parts/packaging; returns may incur a 10% restocking fee.
  • RMA: Required. Email sales@highscoresaves.com for an RMA and instructions.

Return Conditions

  • Item must be in like-new condition, with no broken parts or missing pieces.
  • Include original packaging and components (required for all Darksoft kits).
  • Digital downloads and Arpicade images are non-returnable.
