How to Leave a Product Review
Your experience helps other arcade collectors choose the right upgrade for their original hardware. Product reviews can be submitted directly from the product page after signing in to your HighScoreSaves account.
Before you begin: HighScoreSaves requires customers to be signed in before submitting a review. Creating an account or leaving a review does not subscribe you to the HighScoreSaves email newsletter.
Leave a Product Review in Five Steps
Select the Reviews Link
Open the HighScoreSaves page for the product you want to review. You can locate it through the website search, your order information, or your account order history. Select the Reviews link near the product price to open the product reviews section.
Select the Reviews link on the product page.
Select Write Review
The page will scroll to the product reviews section. Select the blue Write review button to begin.
Select Write review to begin submitting your product review.
Log In or Create an Account
Reviews can only be submitted while you are logged in. Existing customers can enter their email address and password. New customers can select New customer? and create an account. Creating an account or leaving a review does not subscribe you to the HighScoreSaves email newsletter.
After signing in: Shopware returns you to the product page. Select Reviews and then Write review again to open the review form.
Log in with an existing account or select New customer? to create one.
Complete and Submit Your Review
Choose a star rating, enter a title containing at least 5 characters, and write a product review containing at least 40 characters. Helpful details can include installation, compatibility with your original arcade hardware, instructions, features, operation, and overall product performance.
When the required fields are complete, select Submit.
Add your rating, title, and written review, then select Submit.
Review Submitted
A confirmation message will appear after your review is submitted successfully. Reviews are checked before publication, so your review will not appear immediately. Once approved, it will be displayed with the other customer reviews on that product page.
This confirmation means your review was received and is awaiting approval.
Tips for a Helpful Review
- Review the specific product shown on the page.
- Describe what you installed the product in and how it performed.
- Mention features or instructions that were especially useful.
- Do not include your email address, telephone number, order number, or other private information.
